Congratulations to Josie Foster for receiving the 2016 Employee of the Year award!
Josie has worked at Oak Terrace for 2 years. She started as a Front Desk attendant and has recently been promoted to Assistant Lodging Manager. Always with a smile, her positive attitude is welcoming to those who work with her Resort wide. She excels in Organization, Customer Service and Accuracy. Her ability to Effectively and Professionally Communicate with Guests as well as Resort Staff/Management makes her an excellent recipient of this Award. Josie is currently attending Lincoln Land College.
Employee of the Year candidates are chosen from the Employee of the Month’s during the 2016 season, Josie was April’s Employee of the Month. Managers from each department review EOM candidates and vote.
As Employee of the year, Josie receives an Awards Certificate, $100 Gift Card to Oak Terrace Resort & Spa, and Round Trip Airfare for 2.
