Todd Allen has been the Oak Terrace’s Food and Beverage Manager since 2010. Previously he was involved with high-volume restaurants and hotels since he was in high school. He has done everything from cook to bartender. Darden Restaurants started his managing career 18 years ago and he eventually worked his way up to General Manager of Bennigans in Mt Zion winning Franchise Of the Year in 2004.
Todd’s responsibilities at Oak Terrace include overseeing a large 30 member staff that serve the restaurant, beer carts, banquets and parties. You can usually see him running back and forth between Mulligan’s and the banquet room on a busy night!
